Abstract

Objective To evaluate the meaning of Atorvastatin to reduce PCI-related inflammatory response and myocardial injury. Methods: 78 patients scheduled for PCI,unstable angina were randomly assigned to atorvastatin pre-treatment group(42 cases) and control group(36 cases).PCI treatment group received 7 d before the atorvastatin 40 mg / d treatment;the control group before PCI does not use statins. All patients received other conventional treatments, and are accepted in the post-PCI statin therapy.24h before and after surgery in the detection of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),myeloperoxidase(MPO),cardiac troponin Ⅰ type(cTnI),and record the perioperative incidence of myocardial infarction. Results: The treatment group and control group after hs-CRP,MPO,cTnI compared with preoperative increased significantly(t=8.2707,3.5621,2.6705 and 3.1671,3.8826,2.4049,P0.01 or P0.05);Treatment group before and after surgery of hs-CRP,MPO,cTnI was significantly lower than control group(t=3.3525,2.1587,2.8529 and 3.1171,2.7133,2.0915,P0.01 or P0.05);treatment group during the perioperative The incidence of myocardial infarction was significantly lower than the control group(x2=4.3858,P0.05).Conclusion PCI ago given atorvastatin 40 mg / d 28d preventive treatment can significantly reduce the inflammation caused by PCI and myocardial injury, cardioprotective effect, security is good.
