Results The sleep quality of the treatment group was compared before and after treatment, and the difference had statistical signifi-cance( P 0.01). The sleep quality of the control group was compared before and after treatment, and the difference had no statistical sig-nificance(P 0.05). The sleep quality of the treatment group and control group was compared before and after treatment, and the difference had statistical significance(P 0.05). It concluded that the sleep quality of the treatment group was superior to the control group. The ALT,ALB and TB were improved before and after treatment both in treatment group and the control group. The ALT and ALB of the treatment group and the control group after treatment had significant difference( P 0.01). The therapeutic effect of the treatment group with the de-coction of replenishing blood and nourishing yin as well as soothing liver in improving the ALT and ALB was superior to the control group. The TB between the treatment group and control group after treatment had no significant difference( P 0.05). Conclusion The method of replenishing blood and nourishing yin as well as soothing liver can effectively improve decompensated cirrhosis complicated with insomnia.
