Clinical Curative Observation of 29 cases of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients Treated with Soothing Liver,Removing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying

Objective:This research aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of Chronic Hepatitis B patients treated with Chinese herbal compound recipe possessing Soothing the Liver,Removing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying.Method:57 patients were involved in the research,who were separated into the treatment group(n=29) and the control group(n=28).The treatment group adopted the decoction of herbal medicine of Soothing the Liver,Removing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying,while the control group were received Lamivudine or Adefovir Dipivoxil.Both of two groups were treated for 6 months.Result:①Comparison of the virology reaction:total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 44.8%,total rate of the control group was 71.4%.The control group was much better than the treatment group(P0.05).②Comparison of improvement of the clinical symptoms:the total curative effective value of the treatment group was 79.3%,while that of the control group was 57.1%,the treatment group was better than the controlling group(P0.05);③Comparison of liver function:the two groups had the same effect on improving liver function(P0.05).Conclusion:The study indicated that Soothing the Liver,Removing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying Chinese Formula is efficient and has little side effect,therefore,it is worth promoting.
