Abstract

The right of publicity is a right of personality interacting with and independent from the right of image,through which a specific person can make economic interests by using his own identity characteristics for commercial purposes,e.g.advertising,commodity decoration,etc.This right is only for natural persons,and some of its competence will still exist after the specific person dies.
