Harmonious protection of athletes' right of publicity and personality

Abstract
Right of publicity as an outgrowth of the right of personality cannot be completely replaced by the latter.When the right of publicity is for the protection of famous athletes,and only for the commercialization of personality,others should be protected by right of personality.In addition,the law restriction on the right of publicity is less than the right of personality.
