Abstract

Objective To investigate the changes of blood fat levels, inflammation, thrombogenesis index of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated coronary artery disease. Methods We compared blood fat levels, inflammation index,D-dimer levels of 140 patients with diabetes mellitus,156 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated coronary artery disease and 138 patients with coronary artery disease by case control study. Results Among the three groups, platelet number、 serum Lp (a) levels,hs-CRP levels and fibrinogen concentrations were no significant difference. The HDL-C levels of group with diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than that of group with diabetes mellitus complicated coronary artery disease and group with coronary artery disease (P 0.05) while the LDL-C levels and D-dimer levels were significantly lower than the others (P 0.05 );The LDL-C levels of group with diabetes mellitus complicated coronary artery disease were significantly higher than that of group with diabetes mellitus and group with coronary artery disease (P 0.05),the D-dimer levels were significantly lower than that of group with coronary artery disease (P 0.05). Conclusion There are risk factors of lipid metabolic disorder, inflammatory reaction and thrombogenesis etc.in patients with diabetes mellitus. Lipid metabolic disorder and D-dimer levels of patients with diabetes mellitus, patients with diabetes mellitus complicated coronary artery disease and patients with coronary artery disease are different.
