Abstract

Resistin is a kind of polypeptide hormone secreted by lipocytes.Evidences showed that resistin is related to insulin resistance,takes part in the genesis and development of insulin resistance of oobesity and type 2 diabetes.At the meanwhile,polymorphism study of resistin gene also showed that resistin had polymorphism sites related to obesity and type 2 diabetes.
