Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of morning blood pressure surge(MBPS)to target organ in the old hypertension patients.Science nursing project be planned. Methods According to the blood pressure with ambulatory blood pressure monitor,70 patients were divided into MBPS group(n=36)and non-MBPS group(n=34).Left ventricular mass index(LVMI)were measured by echocardiography.Albumen creatinine ratio(ACR)were measured.Cerebral infarction were measured by CT or MR.Results LVMI and ACR of MBPS were higher than those of non-MBPS(P0.05).The incidence of cerebral infarction of MBPS group was higher than that of non-MBPS group(P0.05).Conclusion MBPS has closely correlation with target organ damage(TOD),so the nursing project and time of taking medicine be adjusted according to the MBPS,it should be reduced the damage of target organ.
