Abstract

The new position of our forest provides a chance for the development of our state-owned forest district.Ecocostruction,ecocivilization and ecosafety is viewed as the key general strategic thought of our forest development in the new century,which influences the forest development greatly.Re-designing the position of the state-owned forest development and taking the responsibility of our ecoconstruction is a only choice for our state-owned forest development.
