On the Coupling Trend of Hangzhou's Tourism Economy and Eco-environment from 2001 to 2012

With the economic globalization and the decrease of urban resident's Engel coefficient,tourism industry has become the pillar industry of national economic development for countries and regions,but a series of eco-environmental problems appear at the same time.Tourism economy belongs to typical environment-relied industry;therefore,how to coordinate the relation with eco-environment is,in fact,the issue on how to deal with the relation between development and protection in order to achieve the target of harmonious symbiosis.Based on the cognition of the connotation between tourism economy and eco-environment and their coupling degree,aquantitative evaluation system is constructed together with entropy evaluation method,coupling capacity model in physics and analysis method for obstacle degree factor to do empirical analysis on the coupling development trend between Hangzhou's tourism economy and eco-environment from 2001-2012.The result indicates:tourism economy and eco-environment can fulfill the goal of symbiotic development;Hangzhou's tourism economy and eco-environment both have been promoted considerably,and especially being more obvious is the promotion of tourism economy;their coupling development level has entered the stage of high level coupling development from the original low level one and tourism economy,eco-environment and coupling degree all have shown a basically same periodic feature;finally on account of the analysis of obstacle degree factor,the development orientation is discussed for Hangzhou's tourism economy and eco-environment.
