Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of treating dentine hypersensitivity by ONE-STEP adhesive.Method:336 teeth with dentine hypersensitivty were divided into three groups. Group A: ONE-STEP adhesive. Group B: Gluma desensitizer. Group C: sodium fluoride.Result:in a moment, effective rates in group A and group B were significantly higher than that in group C(P0.01), there were no statistically significant differences between the groups of A and B(P0.05). After one month and three months , effective rates in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P0.01).Conclusion ONE-STEP adhesive shows better clinical treatment effects, It is suitable for widespread adoption in treating dentin hypersensitivity.
