Abstract
Since China is a transitional country the university reform of China bears its progressive logic.Universities not only contribute to the country's innovation system core knowledge and cultivate university culture and pursuit,but also play a role of professional education,academic innovation and scientific research.While consumer's demand,international competition and the supporting business push the reform of higher education of China forward,investment deficiency,imperfect outcome structure and lack of high degree elements hinder the reform.
