Abstract
According to the types of CFD numerical simulation,the numerical simulation on the S816 special airfoil model for wind turbine is studied.The airfoil is simulated mainly for lift and drag charccterisstics,stall characteristics,flow separation and so on.With the changing of attack angle on airfoil lift and drag coefficient,and the result of comparison on unsteady and steady numerical simulation are studied,and got many significant conclusion.
