Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Superlizer Therapy for Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and superlizer Therapy for Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH).Methods:120 cases of patients with LDH were randomly allocated into treatment group(acupuncture and superlizer therapy) and control group(superlizer therapy),and 60case per group.Acupuncture and superlizer therapy treatment was given once a day except saterday and sunday,a course of 2 weeks.Effect was evelated after one course.Effect elevation was with comprehensive assessment standard of low back pain disorders of JOA,Visual Simulation Scale(VAS).Results:1.The post-treatment VAS score of the two groups decreased obviously(P﹤0.01),and there was obviously difference(P﹤0.05) between the two groups.The post-treatment JOA score of the two groups increased obviously(P﹤0.01).There was obviously difference(P﹤0.01) between the two groups.The VAS score and JOA score of treatment group were better than that of the control group.There was obviously difference(P﹤0.01) for the JOA improvement index between the two groups,treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion:The results of this study show that acupuncture and Superlizer therapy are both effective and safe in the treatment of LDH.The combination of two kinds of therapy is better than normal acupuncture or superlizer therapy.
