Abstract
Ethnic higher education constitutes a unique part of China's higher education,which is not only characterized by general functions of higher education,but also presents significant different features.In the background of China's new reform of educational institutions,based on the theory of multicultural integration education,the author insists that ethnic universities should explore new models of student enrollment in accordance with their own special characteristics which can adapt to China's political and social systems at present,rather than only follow others.Based on their innovative measures,ethnic universities may find their own places in student enrollment market of higher education and build enrollment models with multiapproaches.
