The diagnosis of multi-slice helical CT in congenital megaureter

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the MSCT features of congenital megaureter and the diagnostic value of MSCT.Methods:The imaging data of CT and clinical information of 9 cases with congenital megaureter proved by pathology.Results:MSCT findings of congenital megaureter showed ureterectasis.The end of the dilated ureter appeared as drumstick shaped or snakehead shaped,kidney stone was found in 4 cases,1 was found that the ureteral openning location was abnormal.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT was a valuable tool in diagnosis and differantial diagnosis of congenital megaureter.
