ANALYSIS ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACQUAINTANCE AND UTILIZATION OF COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES AND ITS INFLUENTIAL FACTORS

[Objective]To explore the relationship between people's acquaintance and utilization of community health services and its influential factors.[Methods]1141 residents in Jiangsu province were investigated by multistage stratified sampling.[Results]The rate of acquaintance and utilization of community health service were 74.93% and 61.08% respectively.The more they knew the function of community health service,the higher rate of utilization of community health service was got.Social economics,character of population,disease and accese to community health service influenced the utilization of community health services.[Conclusion]In order to improve the utilization of community health service,it is necessary to propagandize community health service to community residents.On the other hand,we should rationally allocating health resource and improve the accessibility of community health service.
