Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between freshmen's mental health and in order to provide thoughts and methods for their psychological health education and guidance.Methods By using self-consistency and congruency(SCCS) and SCL-90,self-consistency and mental health of the year 2007 freshmen of a university were evaluated and analyzed.Results All the factors of had significant positive correlation with mental health factors(r=0.459).The scores on were significantly different among different levels of SCL-90.The freshmen's mental health was most greatly influenced by the disharmony between self and experience,followed by self-flexibility.Conclusion Cultivation of freshmen's self-concordance will improve their psychological health level.
