Abstract

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography for coronary stenosis. Methods 50 patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and coronary Digital subtraction angiography(DSA).Based on the gold standard of DSA for coronary disease, the corresponding results of CT coronary angiography were analyzed, the diagnostic accuracy were assessed. Results The sensitivity of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography for ≥50% coronary stenosis was 98.6%,50% coronary stenosis was 87.0%,specificity was 92.5% and negative predictive value was 97.7%.Conclusion The 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography can provide high diagnostic accuracy for coronary stenosis.
