Abstract
Objective To study the association of lipoprotein lipase PvuⅡ gene polymorphisms with cerebral infarction. Methods PCR-RFLP was used to detect 148 subjects' lipoprotein lipase PvuⅡ genotypes(including 81controls;67 cerebral infarction patients). All the subjects' serum lipids and apolipoproteins levels were detected. Results (1)60.5% of the cerebral infarction group carry P+ allele,39% P-allele;63% of the control group carry P+ allele,37% P-allele(P0.05);(2)The cerebral infarction group had higher TG、CHO、LDL-c levels than the control group (P0.05);and the cerebral infarction group had lower apoAⅠ levels than the control group(P0.05).Conclusions The lipoprotein lipase PvuⅡpolymorphism is not correlated with cerebral infarction.
