Research on Role Transition of Physical Education Teachers and Teachers' Continuing Education in the Context of New Curriculum Standard

Through using the method of literature review,this study explores how to transfer the role of physical education teacher and the physical education teachers' training in context of curriculum standard in order to facilitate physical education teachers to take active part in the physical education curriculum reform,find out the gap with the new requirement of the new curriculum standard,relocate their new role in the physical education teaching and carries forward the responsibility of their role in the implementing the new curriculum standard.
