In the supply chain bullwhip effect is inevitable, and the flow of information transfer will be more or less distorted, but all the members of the supply chain through sharing information can effectively inhibit the bullwhip effect. Through the analysis of Shenzhen ZTE co., LTD., the core enterprise of multi-agent(Multi-Agent) supply chain, combined with the causes of the bullwhip effect, influence and control, this paper studies the content of information sharing and coordination model, builds up a reasonable model of information sharing in order to improve information sharing, so that the bullwhip effect can be weakened and the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain can be improved.
