Abstract
Due to the prominence of people's livelihood in the new period and the livelihood plan in the Seventeenth National Congress of CCP,scholars explore the experiences of understanding and solving people's livelihood from different aspects and has made many theoretical achievements.The addressing of this problem can promote the research of people's livelihood.
