Central Soviet Area's Experiences in Solving People's Livelihood Problems

Throughout its history in the Central Soviet Area,the Communist Party of China adopted a set of policies and measures for solving local people's livelihood problems.Those remarkably effective policies and measures provided the Party with rich historical experiences,which include:livelihood improvements being the basic concept of administration;promoting people's life and development being the priority of livelihood problems;and economic development being the essential approach to solving livelihood problems.Those historical experiences remain significant references for the Party and the Administration in addressing people's livelihood issues today.
