Study of People' Livelihood under Political View

The people' livelihood is firstly marked by social and economic issues.But under its backside,it shows more of the political issues.The issue of people's livelihood represents the appeal for the social justices,and relates to government's ability for public service.At present,the issue of people's livelihood can be studied from the historical,structural and institutional aspects.The political ways to settle the problems in people's livelihood are: improve the establishment of Chinese public policies;enhance the institutional arrangement of people's livelihood through the revolution of political institution;resolve the appeal and expression of people's interests;try to transform the public service system.
