Abstract
Objective:To analyze the antigenic specificity of the antibodies in the sera of SARS patients. Methods:An indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect antibodies in the sera of SARS patients, and the positive sera were pre absorbed by the non SARS lung tissue to detect its specificity. Results:There was same reaction to sera of SARS patients concerning SARS and non SARS lung tissue. After absorption all positive sera turned negative and the absorption rate was 100%. Conclusion:The antibodies in sera of SARS patients are mainly against lung tissue.
