Abstract
Land property rights system is the core of the land system. The contradiction between the scarce and non-reproducible land resources and the infinite and exclusive demands requests that we should reinvigorate land capital to make the land use more reasonable and efficient. From the conflicts of land use of china, this paper reveals abuses of china's existing system of rural land property rights, such as vagueness of the collective land ownership, unclear definition of property rights, distemperedness of land transfer mechanism and power structure. The measures to reform land property rights system is to clarify the land ownership, to establish a standardized structure of property rights and land transfer mechanism.
