The Adjustment and Breakthrough in the Innovation of China's Agricultural Land Property System

After the 1980 s,China's rural land property rights system has been seeking innovation within the institutional framework of land contract and management rights separated from collective ownership of land.The basic idea of the reform is to weaken the collective land ownership,and strengthen farmers' land contract and management rights.However,the transformation of the land contract and management rights has entered into a certain amount of hardship.The root reason is farmers' multiple identities and interests in the dual property rights structure.To completely solve the problem,the only way is to de-identify the collective land right and cut the relationship between land contract and management rights and collective economic organizations.
