Abstract

Normal education system has made great contribution to the cultivation of teachers in our country,but there also exists a few problems.With the approaching of a learning society,the competition of education grows intensity in every country.Normal education system can not still adapt to the requirement of the development of the times.Teacher education has substituted normal education gradually.To build the integration of teacher education has become the education development strategy target in our country.
