Building a Mechanism of Guaranteeing the Integrative Development of Teacher Education

The integrative development of teacher education is an important measure to conform to the primary and secondary school teachers' professional development and also the current international trend of teacher educational reform and development. Since the 1990 s,China has begun to explore and practice the integrative development of teacher education. Theteacher educationhas gradually replaced thenormal education,and the institutions of training teachers have also begun to converge. Nevertheless,there were many problems in that process,which have hindered the development of integration. Then,in order to further promote the integration of teacher education and the institutional reforms,we have to construct the guarantee mechanism from such aspects as concept guidance,organizational coordination and policy support.This mechanism is excepted to defend the smooth development of teacher education integration.
