Abstract
The total flavones can be extracted from lotus leaf by ultrasonic wave.According to the result of orthogonal design, the best reaction condition is:time of extracting-25 min,alcoho1-50%,temperature-35 ℃,ratio of raw materials and solution-1/20.In these conditions, content of flavonoids extracted from lotus leaf reached 44 mg/g.
