Investigate Optimum Extraction Technology of Drug Couple Composed of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus by Multi-index Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Abstract

Objective:To obtain optimum extraction process of drug couple composed of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus.Method:Examined extraction time,extraction times,concentration and the amount of ethanol with chlorogenic acid,luteolin,quercetin and forsythiaside as indexes by multi-index comprehensive evaluation method.Result:Optimal extraction technology of the drug couple was as followed: extracted 3 times with 8 times amount of 60% ethanol for 2 h each time.Conclusion:The optimum extraction technology could provide a reference to study on the extraction technology of drug couple composed of Lononicerae Japonicae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus.
