Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the process of Flos Lonicerae,Lructus Forsythiae extract for formulation. METHODS The orthogonal experimental method was applied for optimizing process of water-extract-purification,and the content of chlorphenamine maleate and forsythin were tested by HPLC as infactors. RESULTS The optimized process was: add water for 10 times、8 times of the quantity of medicinal materials and mariate time was 2h、 1. 5h respectively; relative density of proportion of water extraction cream enrichment was 1. 25. CONCLUSION The extraction rate of active material using optimized process is higher and suit for manufacturing.
