Abstract

To establish a method for the determination of naringin in leaf of Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck by HPLC,the chromatographic condions were as follows:Kromasil C18 column with methel-water-acetic acid(35∶61∶4) as mobile phase,the detection wavelength at 283 nm and the flow rate being 1.0 ml/min.The results indicated a linearity of naringin in the range of the average recovery was 101.27%(RSD=1.41).The conclusion was the method was rapid and precise,and could be used to determine naringin in leaves of Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck.
