Abstract

Based on a method for separation and purification of flavonoids from the skin of citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck with macroporous resin, the study provided experimental evidence for industrial production of flavonoids from the skin of citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck. By using the skin of citrus Grandis (L.) Osbeck from Guangzhou as material with content and recovery rate of flavonoids as indexes, the static and dynamic adsorption tests were employed to investigate effects and affective factors of separation and purification of flavonoids from the skin of citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck with macroporous resin. Results showed that the static adsorption capacity of D101 type resin was 63.76 mg·g-1,the recovery rate was more than 99.73% and the purity of flavonoids was more than 51.56 %. D101 type resin was the best for separation and purification of the skin of citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck in flavonoids. Therefore, the technology of separation and purification of flavonoids from the skin of citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck with D101 type resin was stable and effective, and could be further applied to industrial manufacturing.
