Study on Industrial Upgrading and Electric Power Market under New Growth Mode of Zhejiang Province

To promote industrial structure upgrade,and the sustainable development of regional economy,Zhejiang province has launched thefour changes on three levelsproject and thea total of five water treatment project.Its oriented policy makes Zhejiang Province industrial structure optimization and upgrading,and gradually has formed a new growth model.This paper aims at studying the characteristics of new growth mode and the electric power market environment in Zhejiang province.The results of the study show that,it's irreversible that the industrial structure upgrading under the new growth mode influences on power market.In order to adapt to the new economic development model,the power industry needs to speed up the pace of adjustment,promote the energy saving work and support the implementation of economic development at the same time.
