Abstract

The development mode of low-carbon economy is the strategic orientation of Zhejiang industrial structure optimization and economic development mode,and also the mainstream transformation and upgrading direction of port industry.The key of port industrial upgrading in Zhejiang is to promote the traditional manufacturing industry,trade processing industry and low-end shipping logistics industries with features of high input,high energy consumption,high emission and low-skilled manufacturing,and extend the middle and high-end industrial chain to develop high-tech processing industry and modern port and shipping service industry.
