Abstract
The heat efficiency of the steam injection boiler in the oil field is universally very low.The main factor that affects the thermal efficiency of the steam boiler is the thermal loss of discharges fume, which is decided by the exhaust temperature and the amount of smoke. At present, the reformed techniques of the boiler equipment in the domestic heavy oil fields are confined to reducing the boiler's amount of discharge smoke. This article discusses rnethods that can decline the temperature of the discharge smoke, and recycle the latent heat of vaporization of the discharge smoke by using the technology of condensation in the wet steam generator,so as to enhance the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
