Abstract
Heat efficiency of steam injection boiler is generally low in oilfields.Flue heat loss is the main factor affecting boiler heat efficiency and depends on flue gas temperature and volume.Boiler equipment modification in China usually limits to reducing flue gas discharge. This paper proposes to reduce flue discharge temperature by using condensation technique on boiler to recover and utilize latent heat of vaporization in flue gas, thus improving heat efficiency.
