Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery of Steam Injection Boiler

The steam injection boiler is key power equipment in oil thermal recovery.Because distribution of steam injection boilers in oil field is dispersed,waste heat of the flue gas is mostly discharged into the atmosphere;its energy is wasted away,which makes that the steam injection boiler thermal efficiency is low.In this paper,the screw expander was used to recover waste heat of flue gas,then power from the screw expander supplied the electric energy for water pumps and other power equipments,which can improve thermal efficiency of the steam injection boiler and achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
