Experimental research on the training to enhance teenaged long-jump athletes' approach accuracyy

The author applied the combination of the approach technique specialized training and the psychological specialized training to 10 teenaged long jump athletes to enhance their approach accuracy.The result indicated that this training method was efficient and helped the long jump athletes make good progress in competition.
