Abstract
To investigate the safety and immunogenicity of a domestic inactivated hepatitis A vaccine,Healive ○R ,102 of 2-3 year old and 73 of 18-25 year old subjects were inoculated wit 250U/dose and 500U/dose respectively. The local and the systemic side effects were observed within 48h after vaccination, the seroconversion rate and geometric mean titer(GMT)of Healive○R antibody were evaluated six weeks after immunization. Results showed that the local and systemic reactions after immunization were mild and temporary. The positive seroconversion rate of HAV antidody was 94.52%,the GMT was 260.3mIU/ml.The domestic inactivated hepatitis A vaccine,Healive ○R ,has satisfactory safety and immunogenicity when applied to people.
