Abstract

The construction of new socialist countryside as a historical task is placed in a prominent position by the third plenum of the 17th central committee of the CPC. In recent years,it is more serious that the rural cadres crime with terms,and the crimes impede the social stability and economic development in rural areas. We should strengthen the efforts to fight against crimes and enhance the rural job-related crimes prevention.
