Discussion on the Prevention of Power Abusing Crimes in Rural Areas

The authors discuss the phenomenon of rural power abusing crimes in the process of new countryside reforms.With an analysis of the rampant crimes of this kind, they conclude that the main reasons lie in the oversimplification of preventive measures and the irrational preventive system,which reduces the authority and foreseeability of prevention of rural power abusing crimes and gives rise to the unstability of rural social relations in some way.The article sheds light on the reform of preventive mechanics of rural power abusing crimes and has significance for promoting the legalization of prevention of rural power abu- sing crimes.
