Abstract
At present,the minor crime in China is tending to become more and more serious.In view of the reasons of minor crimes,lacking the morality and creating personality deviation,the author thinks itis necessary to study the strategies of community control and minor crimes prevention,to mold mionrs' moral personalities,and to meet the needs of well-off society.
