Effect of Peritoneal Fluid of Endometriosis Model Rats to Function of Human Sperm and Chinese Herbs Invigorating Kidney to Promote Blood Circulation

Objective To analyze the effect of peritoneal fluid of endometriosis model rats to human sperm function and the treatment effect of different Chinese herbs. Methods 8 normal rats as control group.32 endometriosis model rats randomly divided into four groups,3 of them are treated with herbs for invigorating the kidney to promote blood circulation,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,improve kidney asthenia After treatment ,get the peritoneal fluid with other two groups and incubated with normal sperm for sperm test and hypo-osmotic ratio.Results The peritoneal fluid with endometriosis model rats made sperm motile ratio and general hypo-osmotic ratio significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05,P0.01,P0.01),herbs for invigorating the kidney to promote blood circulation could restore this change(P0.05,P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion The peritoneal fluid with endometriosis model rats have significantly effect to sperm function,herbs for invigorating the kidney to promote blood circulation could restore this change.
