Abstract

Objective:It's observation the application of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the clinical efficacy of chronic cough.Method: In January 2004 ~ January 2008 in our hospital patients with chronic cough were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases and 38 cases of the control group,two groups of patients in age,sex,time and other aspects of cough was no significant difference(P 0.05),comparable.The control group treated with conventional Western medicine,the treatment group in the control group based on treatment for the treatment of compound Danshen injection.Results: After treatment,the treatment group the total effective rate was 92.50%,control group,the total effective rate was 73.68%,compared the two groups were significantly different(P0.05) with statistical significance.Conclusion: The use of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic cough,effective use of Western medicine as a result of a simple treatment,to shorten the course and enhance the effectiveness of treatment and achieved a better therapeutic effect,it is worth to promote the use of clinical research.
