CT Findings of Primary Retroperitoneal Neoplasm

Objective To investigate CT features of primary retroperitoneal neoplasm.Methods The diagnosis of the 31 cases primary retroperitoneal neoplasm was verified surgically and pathologically.Results 11 cases of malignant and benign in 20 cases.Which positioned correctly in 28 cases,23 cases qualitatively correct.The basic types of retroperitoneal tumors uneven density of CT showed soft tissue mass with adjacent organ invasion of compression and displacement.Conclusion CT localization of primary retroperitoneal tumors had a higher value,the greater the help of qualitative diagnosis of pathological types of estimates have a certain limit.
