Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect and nursing methods of sealing drainage technique for the treatment of burns. Methods 60 cases of deep II,III degree burn patients include 40 patients with vacuum sealing drainage(the observation group) and 20 patients with routine dressing(the control group),two groups were compared with wound healing, skin grafting success rate, comfort and satisfaction. Results the wound healing rate of skin, graft survival rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the healing time, hospitalization time was less than that in the control group, the positive rate of bacterial culture, complications were less than those of the control group, pain score was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant(P 0. 05)Comfort score of physiological, psychological, social environment, cultural in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant(P 0. 05). Conclusion The vacuum sealing drainage technique can significantly promote the burn wound healing, reduce infection, and improve the success rate of skin grafting.
