Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage after skin grafting for deep second degree burn wound.Methods:70 patients with deep second degree burn were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given vacuum sealing drainage.The control group was given conventional treatment.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the wound healing effect,wound healing time and adverse reaction were significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of vacuum sealing drainage after skin grafting for deep second degree burn wound was significant.
